img_1835I have been baking for many years now. Simple recipes, bread, sponge cakes etc. In the last 4 years I have expanded into the world of sugar craft and with that opened the door to many more types of cakes and tarts. I enjoy trying new flavour combinations and trying twists on classic cakes. I regularly takes courses on baking and sugarcraft to try and learn. I also have more baking books than a small library 🙂
